Payment is made through ACH draft from a checking account for monthly plans, or through ACH draft or credit card for plans paid yearly.
Your membership is effective immediately. Simply call our office or click HERE to schedule an appointment when you are ready.
Your membership covers routine comprehensive eye exams, and we discount prescription and nonprescription eyewear and contacts (excluding Maui Jim). There are no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company getting in the way of your eye care!
Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.
Your full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and payment information are required when signing up for a membership plan.
